Defence
built on
facts.

We handle complex cases across different areas of law. We analyse the case file, find the contradictions and build a position.

Results

Results speak more precisely than advertising

Behind every case are real people, difficult circumstances and a great deal of work. We value trust and we talk about results.

Our method

What the defence is built on

The prosecution’s case is only a version. We test whether it survives the facts.

From our practice · Where the exhibit came from

  1. 01

    The prosecution’s version

We record exactly what the investigation claims and what it rests on.

  2. 02

    Testing the facts

We cross-check the timeline, records, expert reports, digital data and the route.

  3. 03

    The point of contradiction

The item was seized on 18 April. It was first mentioned in testimony on 19 May.

  4. 04

    Position and action

We build the defence theory and turn the findings into motions, questioning and appeals.

Technology at work

Analysis, not magic

We use analytical tools to strengthen our work with the case file. Decisions are taken by the lawyer, who is responsible for them.

  • Structuring multi-volume case files
  • Timelines of events and procedural steps
  • Cross-checking testimony against documents
  • Finding contradictions and gaps in the evidence
  • Tracking procedural deadlines
  • Analytical tables by episode and by item of evidence

Frequently asked

Straight answers

Why is the consultation paid?

A consultation is a lawyer’s work: going through your case, weighing the prospects and the risks, and leaving you with a plan of action. You leave with something you can use, even if you never sign a contract with us.

What exactly do I get at the consultation?

An assessment of your situation, a breakdown of the risks, an answer to the question of what to do and what not to do, a step-by-step plan, and a clear view of where the case can go.

Do you respond urgently when a matter cannot wait?

Yes. If there is a search, a detention or a summons for interrogation, call the number in the top bar. A lawyer can be reached and will attend in person if needed.

How much does it cost to run a case?

The cost depends on the category of the case, the stage it has reached and the volume of work. Terms are discussed at the consultation and fixed in the contract. [Payment terms and price ranges to be filled in by the owner]

What should I bring to the consultation?

Everything you have on your case: summonses, rulings, records, contracts, written acknowledgements, correspondence. If you have no documents to hand, come without them: reconstructing the facts and the sequence of events matters more.

Which cities do you work in?

The firm has offices in Semey and Astana, but we work across Kazakhstan. We travel to courts and investigative authorities in other cities and regions. Office addresses and booking details are in the Contacts section.
